What is your return policy?
Any purchase you don’t like can be exchanged or returned, including sale and clearance items and items received as gifts. Items must be unwashed, unworn and in pristine condition.Within 30 days* of purchase:
The 30-day period begins on the date your order is shipped. Merchandise may be refunded in its original form and for the amount paid for the returned merchandise.

Once your return is shipped back to us, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the return to be processed at our distribution center.Procedure for returning items within the 30-day purchase period:Enter your order number and zip code here to begin the return process. Then, follow the instructions below:
Select the item(s) you wish to return*. *Note: If the item is a final sale or non-returnable, there will be no return option.
Select the payment method for the refund and the reason for the return. After adding an item, click Continue.

How do I mail a return?
Start your return or exchange online to receive a mailing label to box up your item and send it out. You will receive an email when we receive your return and process the refund.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your bank statement.
